Dear Citizens of Weatherford,

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each and everyone of you  who voted for me and supported me during my campaign.  The six months I was in office as your Councilman for Place 2 was one of the greatest experiences I have had during my lifetime.   I will always cherish those memories of having the opportunity to serve alongside the great employees at City Hall as well as serving the great people of this community. 

It is still my wish to stay involved in Weatherford and to lend a helping hand where I may.  The importance of preserving the historical heritage of our great city as well as protecting the future prosperity of our children and grandchildren will be foremost in my priorities as I continue to serve this community in other capacities. 

I wish Mr. Robinson and Ms. Wilder the best of luck in their endeavors as your new City Council Members for Place 1 and 2.  I extend my hand in friendship and in mutual co-operation to them both. 

Also,  I would like to express my special thanks to Jerry Clinton for his wisdom and guidance he provided me during my tenure on the Council.  Jerry Clinton is one of many members of this community who has poured his heart and soul into Weatherford and made it the City it is today.  I ask the Citizens of Weatherford to not forget Jerry Clinton’s sacrifice and service to our community.
